The posting

Dans le cadre d’un projet majeur d’inspection offshore en Afrique, d2m Services recherche un Inspecteur Offshore pour accompagner l’analyse des résultats d’une campagne complète d’inspection réalisée notamment par drone sur plusieurs assets offshore.

Le périmètre d’inspection comprend notamment :

  • Jackets et legs de plateformes offshore ;
  • Telecom masts ;
  • Bridges / passerelles ;
  • Flare tips ;
  • Hull et mooring lines d’un FSO ;
  • Inspection externe de tanks.

Les campagnes d’inspection généreront un volume important de rapports, constats et données photographiques.

L’enjeu de la mission est d’apporter une expertise complémentaire permettant de transformer les résultats d’inspection en recommandations techniques et maintenance concrètes, directement exploitables par les équipes du client pour préparer et prioriser les travaux et arrêts techniques.

Missions

À partir des rapports d’inspection, constats et photographies disponibles, vous serez notamment chargé.e de :

  • Analyser les anomalies et dégradations relevées lors des inspections ;
  • Évaluer leur criticité au regard de l’intégrité des structures et équipements ;
  • Déterminer les actions à engager : réparation, maintenance, surveillance ou investigation complémentaire ;
  • Définir et hiérarchiser les recommandations de travaux ;
  • Préciser, lorsque nécessaire, la nature et le niveau de priorité des interventions à prévoir ;
  • Apporter une vision technique permettant aux équipes maintenance de planifier et prioriser les actions ;
  • Échanger avec les équipes d’inspection afin de compléter ou clarifier certains constats.

La mission nécessite une réelle capacité à passer du constat d’inspection à une recommandation technique et opérationnelle.

Requirements

d2m Services recherche un profil Senior Inspection / Integrity Engineer disposant d’une expérience significative dans l’Oil & Gas Offshore.

Vous disposez notamment d’une expertise en :

  • Inspection de structures offshore, jackets, topsides, FSO/FPSO et équipements associés ;
  • Analyse de corrosion, dégradations structurelles, défauts et anomalies ;
  • Évaluation de la criticité des constats d’inspection ;
  • Définition de recommandations de réparation, maintenance, surveillance ou investigation complémentaire ;
  • Rédaction de recommandations techniques claires, argumentées et directement exploitables.

Une expérience significative en Afrique et dans l’environnement O&G Offshore sera particulièrement appréciée.

Une bonne compréhension des nouvelles technologies d’inspection et une appétence pour l’analyse de données et d’images issues d’inspections par drone constitueront également un atout.

Localisation : principalement en télétravail

Présence en Normandie : 2 à 3 jours au démarrage de la mission

Le candidat n’interviendra pas dans la réalisation des inspections drone. Son expertise sera mobilisée sur l’analyse des résultats et la définition des recommandations techniques et travaux à engager.
