La mission d'OTC Flow est de fournir aux clients des informations pertinentes sur les marchés renouvelables afin d'aider nos partenaires à atteindre leurs objectifs de durabilité de manière informée et intelligente.

Vos missions :

  • Diagnostic & Expertise à distance : Analyser les pannes et dysfonctionnements via les outils de gestion à distance, les photos/vidéos remontées du terrain et les codes défauts.
  • Pilotage du SAV : Identifier précisément les pièces nécessaires et les procédures de réparation pour guider les interventions ou préparer les commandes.
  • Validation Technique : Analyser les dossiers de pré-visite réalisés par les technico-commerciaux pour confirmer la faisabilité technique avant le lancement du projet.
  • Audit Qualité : Contrôler la conformité et les performances des installations (via photos et relevés de mise en service) pour garantir le respect des normes.
  • Support aux clients : Conseiller les utilisateurs sur l’optimisation de leurs réglages et la résolution des problèmes de premier niveau.

Requirements

Profil recherché :

  • Titulaire d’un CAP, BEP, BP ou BTS en génie climatique, thermique ou équivalent.
  • Vous justifiez d'un minimum de 3 années d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
  • Vous posséder la certification RGE QualiPAC Chauffage et ECS
  • Maîtrise parfaite du cycle thermodynamique des PAC air/eau et capacité d'analyse visuelle (détection d'anomalies sur photos ou schémas hydrauliques).
  • Aisance avec les outils numériques de suivi à distance et de gestion de dossiers.
  • Esprit de synthèse, rigueur administrative et excellent sens du diagnostic.
  • Permis B obligatoire (pour d'éventuels déplacements ponctuels d'expertise).
