d2m Services recrute pour le compte de son client, acteur reconnu de la construction et de la réparation navales, un Expert Technique Mécanique H/F.

Votre rôle :

Vous êtes un spécialiste reconnu de la mécanique navale, capable d’intervenir sur des problématiques techniques complexes et d’apporter des solutions concrètes aux équipes.

Référent technique, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la définition des méthodes et la préparation des arrêts techniques. Votre expérience vous permet d’analyser les situations, de fiabiliser les interventions et de guider les équipes dans leurs choix techniques.

Vos missions :

  • Apporter votre expertise sur les moteurs marins, les systèmes de propulsion azimutale et les équipements mécaniques associés.
  • Définir les méthodes d’intervention et contribuer à la préparation des arrêts techniques.
  • Analyser les problématiques mécaniques, réaliser les calculs nécessaires et élaborer ou modifier des plans techniques.
  • Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et préconiser des solutions fiables et adaptées.
  • Accompagner les équipes techniques sur les sujets complexes et être leur interlocuteur de référence.
  • Capitaliser et transmettre votre savoir-faire technique.

Requirements

  • Vous avez construit votre expertise au fil de nombreuses années d’expérience dans la mécanique navale, chez un motoriste, un équipementier ou un acteur de la réparation navale.
  • Ingénieur mécanicien expérimenté ou spécialiste technique issu du terrain, vous disposez d’une connaissance approfondie des équipements mécaniques et de leur fonctionnement.
  • Vous savez analyser, calculer, lire et produire des plans techniques, mais aussi confronter la théorie aux réalités opérationnelles.
  • Votre maîtrise des arrêts techniques, votre capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et votre légitimité technique font de vous un référent naturel pour les équipes.
  • Une expérience chez un motoriste ou équipementier tel que Caterpillar, Wärtsilä ou Rolls-Royce serait particulièrement appréciée.
