Il nostro cliente è una interessante realtà manifatturiera italiana operante nel settore industriale. Per loro siamo alla ricerca di un* Export Area Manager da inserire all'interno della propria organizzazione commerciale con l'obiettivo di rafforzare la presenza sui mercati internazionali e supportare i programmi di crescita aziendale.

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare il business nei territori assegnati, consolidare le relazioni con i clienti esistenti e promuovere nuove opportunità commerciali attraverso un approccio orientato ai risultati e alla creazione di valore.

Principali attività

  • Gestire e ampliare il network commerciale nei mercati esteri di competenza.
  • Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business attraverso attività di prospezione e sviluppo clienti.
  • Curare le relazioni con distributori, agenti, partner commerciali e clienti finali.
  • Elaborare proposte tecnico-commerciali e condurre trattative finalizzate alla chiusura delle opportunità.
  • Garantire il raggiungimento dei target di vendita e degli obiettivi di marginalità assegnati.
  • Monitorare costantemente pipeline, offerte, ordini e performance commerciali.
  • Presidiare il territorio attraverso visite presso clienti e partner strategici.
  • Rappresentare l'azienda in occasione di fiere, eventi e manifestazioni di settore nazionali e internazionali.
  • Collaborare con le funzioni interne per assicurare un elevato livello di servizio e soddisfazione del cliente lungo tutto il ciclo di vendita.

Requisiti richiesti

La ricerca è rivolta a professionisti che abbiano maturato esperienza in ruoli commerciali rivolti a mercati internazionali, preferibilmente in contesti B2B.

Costituiscono requisiti fondamentali:

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo nell'ambito dell'automazione industriale
  • Forte orientamento al risultato e alle dinamiche di vendita;
  • Capacità di acquisire nuovi clienti e valorizzare relazioni commerciali già esistenti;
  • Approccio autonomo, organizzato e orientato agli obiettivi;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Gradita la conoscenza della lingua francese;
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia e all'estero;

Sarà considerato un plus aver operato nei settori dell'impiantistica industriale, della meccanica, dell'automazione o della costruzione di macchinari.

Offerta

  • Inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
  • Retribuzione indicativa compresa tra €45.000 e €60.000 di RAL.
  • Ambiente dinamico e orientato allo sviluppo dei mercati internazionali.
