The posting

Goa Gubbar Fisk fortsätter att växa och söker nu fler resande fältsäljare till sitt team. I rollen arbetar du tillsammans med ett större säljteam där ni reser runt i hela Sverige och säljer fisk och skaldjur direkt mot privatkunder i ett högt tempo med tydliga mål och stark lagkänsla.

Tjänsten passar dig som motiveras av resultat och vill ha möjlighet att tjäna en hög lön samt utvecklas både som säljare och inom bolaget.

Säljarna inom teamet har idag löner från cirka 45 000 kronor upp till 120 000 kronor per månad genom en kombination av fast lön och provision.

Du får även möjlighet att delta i en 1-årig säljutbildning med Mikael Arndt, inklusive 25 diplomerande kurser i försäljning och liveföreläsningar varje vecka. Du har också chansen att delta i Sveriges största säljevent på Oscarsteatern samt en 2-dagars säljutbildning i Stockholm, allt för att utvecklas ännu mer som säljare.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Tillsammans med teamet arbetar du ute i olika villa- och radhusområden runt om i Sverige. Försäljningen sker direkt genom dörrknackning till både nya och befintliga kunder.

Arbetet sker enligt ett rullande schema: • Tisdag–söndag: Arbete ute på fältet • Måndag–torsdag: Arbete ute på fältet • Fredag–måndag: Ledig långhelg hemma

Det innebär totalt 9 dagar arbete följt av 4 dagar ledigt.

Vi söker dig som

• Är driven, social och resultatorienterad • Trivs med kundkontakt • Tycker om att resa och arbeta tillsammans med andra människor • Har B-körkort för manuell växellåda

Tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning är meriterande, men störst vikt läggs vid rätt inställning, energi och vilja att utvecklas.
