The Maintenance Technician will support the daily maintenance and operation of its facilities. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.

Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $30/hr.-$35/hr.

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
  • Troubleshoot minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
  • Complete general repairs, including painting, fixtures, doors, locks, walls, flooring, and minor masonry.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment or facility issues.
  • Respond to scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance requests.
  • Document maintenance activities and work orders using Corrigo CMMS.
  • Maintain tools, supplies, replacement parts, and inventory.
  • Assist Building Engineers and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Follow all applicable safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred.
  • 2+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read basic drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and respond to emergency calls when required
