  • Assist with site-level procurement and inventory management, ensuring materials and resources align with budget and operational needs.
  • Conduct property inspections and reviews related to facilities compliance, including operational permits, life safety systems testing, preventative maintenance schedules, and inspection logs.
  • Partner with Area Facilities Managers, Regional Managers, and on-site teams to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Provide hands-on technical support across trades, including HVAC diagnostics and repair, plumbing, electrical, and general facilities maintenance.
  • Support development and upkeep of property-specific O&M plans and preventative maintenance programs
  • Deliver timely updates to the SVP of Facilities and Development Services identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities observed in the field.
  • Participate in and support systems training, compliance courses (EPA, OSHA, trade-specific), operations meetings, and company initiatives.
  • Coach and train on-site maintenance teams to improve technical skill, efficiency, and confidence.
  • Build strong peer-to-peer relationships with on-site Yugoers to drive accountability and performance.
  • Collect and analyze data from inspections, reporting, and system workflows to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, People & Culture, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing to support shared business objectives.
  • Support turn and move-in preparation by ensuring facilities readiness, materials availability, and execution consistency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
