De Maintenance-afdeling heeft een vacature in haar kantoor in Delft voor de volgende functie:

Facility & Civil Manager

De functie

De Facility & Civil Manager is verantwoordelijk voor de fysieke integriteit, veiligheid en conformiteit van de bedrijfsgebouwen, de omliggende terreinen en de utiliteitsvoorzieningen. Het hoofddoel is een veilige, conforme en efficiënte werkomgeving te creëren die de productieprocessen faciliteert en de waarde van het vastgoed op lange termijn beschermt.

De verantwoordelijkheden

  • Gebouwintegriteit: Onderhoud van de 'schil' van het bedrijf (dak, wanden, vloeren, toegangswegen, terreinbeheer).
  • Compliance & Vergunningen: Zorgdragen voor het voldoen aan alle wettelijke verplichtingen (brandveiligheid, milieuvergunningen, arbo-wetgeving, inspecties).
  • Utiliteitsbeheer: Beheer van de primaire gebouwgebonden installaties (HVAC – verwarming/ventilatie/koeling, waterleidingen, afvalwaterzuivering, verlichting).
  • Contractmanagement: Aansturen en controleren van externe facilitaire dienstverleners (schoonmaak, beveiliging, tuinonderhoud, gespecialiseerde onderhoudsaannemers).
  • Veiligheid (EHS): Samenwerken met de EHS-manager (Environment, Health & Safety) voor brandoefeningen, evacuatieplannen en veiligheidsaudits.
  • Duurzaamheid: In samenwerking met directie/MT plannen maken voor energiebesparing (bijv. isolatie, zonnepanelen, LED-verlichting).
  • Productie-ondersteuning: Zorgen dat de gebouwinfrastructuur aansluit bij de behoeften van de productie (bijv. persluchtleidingen, voldoende stroomcapaciteit, klimaatbeheersing).
  • Regelgeestig: Sterk gedreven door wet- en regelgeving; "compliance" is geen optie maar een vereiste.
  • Vooruitziende blik: In staat om meerjaren onderhoudsplannen (MJOP) te maken en niet alleen in de waan van de dag te leven.
  • Diplomatiek & Communicatief: Werken met veel verschillende externe partijen (overheden, aannemers, nutsbedrijven) en interne stakeholders.
  • Kostenbewust: Balans vinden tussen kwalitatief onderhoud en budgettaire beperkingen.

De ideale kandidaat

  • Minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring binnen de procesindustrie.
  • Afgerond MBO-diploma.
  • Ervaring met SAP-PM.
  • Ervaring met werkvergunningen en het lezen/opstellen van TRA’s.
  • Bekend met GMP-richtlijnen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
