The posting

Nous recherchons un(e) Facility Manager . Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez chargé(e) de la gestion et de l'optimisation de tous les services liés aux infrastructures et aux opérations au sein de l'entreprise. Vous veillerez à ce que les environnements de travail soient sûrs, fonctionnels et agréables pour l'ensemble du personnel.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Développer et gérer la stratégie de gestion des installations sous la direction de la direction.
  • Surveiller et coordonner la maintenance préventive et corrective des bâtiments et des équipements.
  • Gérer les contrats de services fournisseurs et s'assurer de leur conformité aux normes et exigences contractuelles.
  • Établir et suivre le budget des opérations des infrastructures et s'assurer de l'optimisation des coûts.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations en santé et sécurité, tout en maintenant un bon environnement de travail.
  • Gérer les demandes des employés concernant les installations et mettre en œuvre des solutions appropriées.
  • Participer à l'élaboration de projets d'aménagement de bureaux pour améliorer l'espace de travail.
  • Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'état des installations et les initiatives d'amélioration.

Requirements

  • Formation : Diplôme en gestion des installations, ingénierie, ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des installations ou en services généraux.
  • Solide compréhension des systèmes de gestion d'immeubles et des normes de sécurité.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet, y compris la planification et la mise en œuvre de projets d'amélioration des infrastructures.
  • Capacité à travailler avec divers corps de métiers et services.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacités d'analyse et de prise de décision fondées sur des données.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion informatique et des logiciels de gestion des installations.
