Jouw dag als Field Engineer?

Als Field Engineer bij Lan Handling Technologies ben je een onmisbare schakel in het realiseren van onze geavanceerde automatiseringsoplossingen. Binnen de afdeling Montage ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen, assembleren, installeren en inbedrijfstellen van onze machines en complete productielijnen. Je werkzaamheden vinden zowel plaats in onze werkplaats als op locatie bij klanten, in binnen- en buitenland. Hierdoor is geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde en werk je continu aan uitdagende en innovatieve projecten.

Je bent betrokken bij het volledige montageproces. In onze werkplaats bouw je machines en modules op, voer je zowel mechanische als elektrische assemblagewerkzaamheden uit en zorg je ervoor dat installaties gereed zijn voor transport. Vervolgens reis je regelmatig naar klanten (25%) om de machines te installeren, aan te sluiten, af te stellen en operationeel op te leveren. Tijdens deze werkzaamheden werk je nauw samen met project engineers, software engineers en andere collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere installatie voldoet aan de hoge kwaliteitsnormen van Lan Handling Technologies.

Naast de montagewerkzaamheden ondersteun je bij het testen en opstarten van installaties en bied je waar nodig technische en softwarematige ondersteuning. Je denkt actief mee wanneer zich technische uitdagingen voordoen en bent in staat om praktische oplossingen te vinden. Eventuele fouten, afwijkingen of verbeterpunten die je tijdens de montage of installatie tegenkomt, signaleer je tijdig en koppel je terug aan de betrokken afdelingen. Op deze manier lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de continue verbetering van onze machines, processen en werkwijzen.

Als Field Engineer ben je technisch sterk, werk je nauwkeurig en voel je je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat. Je vindt het leuk om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken en bent bereid om regelmatig te reizen voor projecten bij klanten. Dankzij jouw inzet worden onze innovatieve systemen succesvol geïnstalleerd en opgeleverd, waarmee je direct bijdraagt aan de tevredenheid van onze klanten en het succes van Lan Handling Technologies.

Hoe jij dingen in beweging krijgt:

  • Mbo-studie mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek ;
  • Relevante werkervaring in de machinebouw;
  • 25% van je tijd ben je in het buitenland aan het werk bij onze klanten;
  • Interesse in techniek;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels.
