Entrerai a far parte del team commerciale come punto di riferimento di Treatwell sul territorio. Il tuo obiettivo sarà accompagnare i professionisti del beauty nella scoperta di nuove opportunità di crescita, costruendo relazioni di valore e diventando un vero partner per il loro business.

📍 Sede di lavoro: Gallarate

Responsabilità:

  • 🔎Individuazione di nuove opportunità: Sviluppo commerciale attraverso attività di prospecting e outbound sul territorio, con l'obiettivo di fissare quanti più appuntamenti possibile
  • 🤝Consulenza sul campo: Pianificazione e gestione degli incontri di presenza con i saloni per raccontare Treatwell e il nostro SaaS (il software gestionale più smart sul mercato)
  • 📊Mappatura strategica: Analisi del mercato locale per identificare i potenziali partner giusti e intercettare i trend della tua zona
  • ✍️Chiusura deal: Gestione autonoma dell'intero ciclo di vendita, dalla prima visita, alla negoziazione e chiusura del contratto commerciale
  • 🏆Overachievement: Punterai dritto agli obiettivi commerciali per raggiungerli e superarli, contribuendo attivamente alla crescita del business.

Su di te:

  • 💡Hai già maturato 1-2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo commerciale (la vendita B2B o nel settore digital/SaaS è un super plus)
  • 🔥 Hai spirito commerciale, determinazione e una forte motivazione a raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi. Di fronte a un "no", non ti arrendi: lo trasformi in una nuova opportunità
  • 💬 Possiedi ottime capacità comunicative e sai creare rapidamente un rapporto di empatia e fiducia con i clienti
  • ⚡Sei una persona autonoma, organizzata e proattiva
  • 🚗Sei in possesso di patente B, automunito/a e prontissimo/a a muoverti quotidianamente sul territorio di Gallarate e dintorni
  • 💻 Sai muoverti con sicurezza tra i principali strumenti informatici (dopotutto, vendiamo tecnologia!)
