The posting

Qolaro is looking for motivated Field Sales Officers to represent LERE within their assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting businesses in person, demonstrating LERE, handling objections, closing sales, and supporting customers after signup.

You will work within assigned locations and business categories each week while managing your own daily route and prospecting activities. The role is highly target-driven, with a minimum requirement of 10 paid subscribers per month.

You will also maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular sales reports, follow up with customers, and share market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights with the Qolaro team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or territory sales.
  • Demonstrated and verifiable sales results or experience meeting sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident approaching and engaging business owners in person.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to manage your own daily route, prospects, and follow-ups.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Functional smartphone or PC for CRM access and sales tools.
  • Willingness to work consistently toward the monthly target of 10 paid subscribers.

Nice to Have

  • SaaS or technology sales experience.
  • Experience selling digital business solutions.
  • Experience with salons, clinics, beauty, wellness, fitness, coaching, or other service-based businesses.
  • Existing business contacts or networks within your assigned market.
  • Experience using CRM or sales management tools.
