今回募集する経理ポジションは、財務・経理の専門家として、制度会計、管理会計、財務、税務など幅広い領域に関わりながら、ソラコムの成長を支える役割です。主に経理データの加工、単体決算の記帳、連結決算などの財務・経理業務をチームの一員として進めていただきます。

また、日々の経理業務や年間業務の遂行にとどまらず、全社的な経営課題や業務改革プロセスの実行、財務分析を通じた課題解決の提案、計画策定業務、予算管理業務、IR対応業務にも関わっていただきます。

ソラコムは米国・英国に拠点を置き、海外にもIoTサービスを提供しています。そのため経理チームは、海外の会計事務所とも連携しながら、各国の会計制度や税務コンプライアンスに対応しています。国内経理だけでなく、グローバル展開を支える幅広い経理実務に関われる点が、このポジションの大きな魅力です。

決算・会計業務に加え、開示・IR関連業務、内部統制、海外拠点との連携、管理会計・財務分析など、上場企業の経営管理を支える幅広い業務に関わることができます。ルーティン業務にとどまらず、経理としての専門性を広げ、キャリアの成長につなげられるポジションです。

仕事内容

  • 月次・年次の単体・連結決算対応
  • 債権債務の管理、経費精算、請求書発行、記帳、出納
  • 計画策定・予実管理・採算分析業務
  • 買収した子会社のPMI業務
  • 海外拠点の会計事務所との連携
  • 外部専門家、監査法人、コンサルタント、税理士事務所との連携
  • 決算開示・IR関連業務、開示資料作成、監査対応、内部統制対応（海外子会社含む）

Requirements

必須のスキル/経験

  • 3年以上の財務・経理経験
  • 簿記2級以上の会計資格
  • Excel中級以上のスキル（VLOOKUP・ピボットテーブル等を用いたデータ集計・照合作業）
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル
  • 英語ビジネスレベル（ビジネスメール対応・英文資料の読み書きができること（翻訳ツール等の使用可）
  • 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力

歓迎するスキル/経験

  • スタートアップ企業の経理・財務・労務厚生業務サポート経験
  • 会計システム、海外会計システムを含む、社内ツール、各種SaaSの習得が早いこと
  • 英語での社内ミーティングに参加し、必要に応じて簡単なやり取りができること
  • 生成AIを業務で活用し、業務プロセスの自動化・効率化を進めた経験
