Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναζητούμε έναν/μία Finance Analyst που θα συνδυάζει καλή γνώση χρηματοοικονομικών και λογιστικών εννοιών με εξοικείωση στη χρήση ERP συστημάτων, την ανάλυση οικονομικών δεδομένων και τη δημιουργία επιχειρηματικών αναφορών.

Η θέση απευθύνεται σε έναν/μία οργανωτικό/ή και αναλυτικό/ή επαγγελματία, με καλή αντίληψη της σχέσης μεταξύ κόστους, κέρδους και επιχειρηματικής απόδοσης, ο/η οποίος/α επιθυμεί να εξελιχθεί σταδιακά σε έναν πιο διευρυμένο ρόλο Finance & Business Analysis.

Σημαντική διευκρίνιση: Η εταιρεία συνεργάζεται με εξωτερικό φοροτεχνικό γραφείο, το οποίο αναλαμβάνει τον κύριο όγκο των φοροτεχνικών διαδικασιών και της μισθοδοσίας του προσωπικού. Ως εκ τούτου, ο ρόλος δεν αφορά την πλήρη εκτέλεση φοροτεχνικών ή μισθοδοτικών εργασιών, αλλά επικεντρώνεται στη διαχείριση και ανάλυση οικονομικών δεδομένων, στη χρήση του ERP και στη συνεργασία με το εξωτερικό λογιστήριο.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες – Αρχικό Στάδιο

  • Καταχώρηση, ενημέρωση και έλεγχος δεδομένων στο ERP της εταιρείας.
  • Συμφωνία και κλείσιμο καρτελών πελατών και προμηθευτών.
  • Επικοινωνία, γραπτή και προφορική, με πελάτες και προμηθευτές για τη διευθέτηση και επίλυση πιθανών διαφορών ή εκκρεμοτήτων.
  • Έλεγχος υπολοίπων και εντοπισμός πιθανών αποκλίσεων ή ασυμφωνιών.
  • Δημιουργία οικονομικών και επιχειρηματικών αναφορών και reports.
  • Συνεργασία με το εξωτερικό λογιστήριο για την αποστολή των απαραίτητων στοιχείων και εγγράφων, καθώς και για τον έλεγχο της πληρότητας και ορθότητάς τους.
  • Παρακολούθηση και βασική ανάλυση οικονομικών δεδομένων, με έμφαση στην κατανόηση εννοιών όπως κόστος, κέρδος και περιθώριο κέρδους.
  • Συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση της οργάνωσης, της ποιότητας και της αξιοποίησης των οικονομικών δεδομένων μέσα από το ERP.
  • Αξιοποίηση νέων τεχνολογιών και ψηφιακών εργαλείων που μπορούν να απλοποιήσουν και να βελτιώσουν την καθημερινή εργασία.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο σε Χρηματοοικονομικά, Λογιστική, Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφή κατεύθυνση.
  • Προϋπηρεσία περίπου 3–5 ετών σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο Finance, Accounting, ERP ή Business Analysis.
  • Πολύ καλή εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα. Η γνώση του Pylon θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Καλή κατανόηση βασικών λογιστικών και χρηματοοικονομικών εννοιών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel και ικανότητα επεξεργασίας και ανάλυσης δεδομένων.
  • Καλή αντίληψη της σχέσης μεταξύ οικονομικών στοιχείων και επιχειρηματικής δραστηριότητας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και οργανωτικότητα.
  • Πολύ καλή σχέση με τις νέες τεχνολογίες και διάθεση αξιοποίησης εργαλείων που βελτιώνουν την αποδοτικότητα και αυτοματοποιούν καθημερινές εργασίες.
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και δυνατότητα συνεργασίας με εσωτερικά τμήματα, πελάτες, προμηθευτές και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
