About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Data Entry professional to support the Finance team with accurate and timely data entry, record maintenance, and administrative finance-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance, accounting, or financial administration, with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of financial data and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain financial data, transactions, and records in the company’s systems.
  • Input invoices, receipts, payment details, expenses, and other financial documents.
  • Verify data and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical financial records.
  • Assist the Finance team with reconciliations and data verification when required.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in financial records.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of finance-related reports and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with document filing, tracking, and retrieval.
  • Handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Perform other finance-related administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in data entry, finance, accounting, or finance administration.
  • Finance or Accounting background is preferred.
  • Good understanding of basic financial terminology.
  • Strong data entry, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
