The posting

作為 Finance & Payroll Specialist，您將負責台灣區日常財務及薪酬作業，確保公司會計、薪資及法令遵循流程準確且符合台灣相關法規，並與海外團隊密切合作。遠端工作為主，每月需至桃園辦公室出勤 2 次（依公司安排）。

工作內容

財務與會計:

  • 審核並處理各項請款、付款及費用報銷單據
  • 處理日常會計帳務及相關行政作業
  • 整理、核對及歸檔會計憑證
  • 協助營業稅申報、各類扣繳申報及其他稅務相關作業
  • 協助月結、年結及財務報表相關工作
  • 支援台灣區年度審計及會計師查核作業
  • 協助改善及優化財務流程與內部控制

Payroll & HR Administration:

  • 負責台灣及其他指定區域之薪資計算及薪酬作業
  • 準確計算每月薪資、加班費、獎金、津貼及其他薪酬項目
  • 執行薪資相關扣繳作業（如所得稅、二代健保等）
  • 辦理員工勞工保險、全民健康保險及勞工退休金之加保、退保及異動作業
  • 確保薪資發放及人事作業符合台灣《勞動基準法》及相關法令
  • 與內部 HR、Finance 團隊及外部合作夥伴保持良好溝通，確保薪酬及法遵作業順利進行

我們希望您具備

學歷與經驗:

  • 會計、財務、商學或相關科系學士以上學歷
  • 1-2 年以上台灣薪資（Payroll）及財務／會計相關工作經驗
  • 具跨國企業或 BPO／Payroll Outsourcing 經驗者佳

專業能力:

  • 熟悉台灣《勞動基準法》及相關勞動法規
  • 熟悉勞工保險、全民健康保險、勞工退休金及所得稅等相關制度
  • 熟悉營業稅、扣繳申報及一般會計作業流程
  • 熟悉 Excel（如 Pivot Table、VLOOKUP、XLOOKUP 等）及常用會計／薪資系統
  • 具備基本財務分析及帳務處理能力

語言能力:

  • 中文流利
  • 英文具商業溝通能力

個人特質:

  • 細心謹慎，具高度數字敏感度
  • 具良好的保密意識及職業操守
  • 能獨立作業並有效管理工作優先順序
  • 具備跨部門及跨文化溝通協調能力

加分條件:

  • 曾使用 Xero、QuickBooks 或其他 Payroll／ERP 系統
  • 具跨國薪酬（Regional Payroll）或 EOR／Global Payroll 經驗
  • 熟悉 IFRS 或跨國財務流程者佳
  • 曾參與年度審計或稅務查核工作
