＜Digital Center of Excellenceチームのミッション＞

Digital Center of Excellence チームのミッションは、高い生産性とガバナンスを両立するコーポレート業務・システムを創り続けることです。

今回ご入社いただく方には、メルカリグループ全社員 約 2,100 人が利用するコーポレート業務システムを舞台に、Anaplan や NetSuite、Concur 等を中心とした管理会計・財務会計システムの最適化・構築において、要件定義から設計・開発・運用までオーナーシップを持って一気通貫で動かしていただきます。Workato や API を駆使した SaaS 間連携、ServiceNow との業務プロセス統合、そして AI エージェントを活用した業務高度化まで、裁量を持って挑戦できるポジションです。

メルカリはすでに完成された会社と思われるかもしれません。しかし、この急成長を支える組織や経営の意思決定は時々刻々と変化しており、まだまだ完成とは言い切れない状態です。

業務内容

以下の業務を主体者としてオーナーシップを持ち、推進していただきます。

業務要件定義・プロセス設計 (上流)

  • 管理会計・財務会計を中心とした DX プロジェクトの推進
  • コーポレートプランニング（経営企画）や経理部門等と連携した業務要件の整理
  • 業務・統制要件を踏まえたプロセス設計

Corporate SaaS の設計・実装 (ローコード開発)

  • Anaplan（Enterprise Performance Management Platform), NetSuite(ERP), Concur(Invoice/Expense)などの会計系システムのロードマップ策定
  • 各システムの開発を担当するパートナーのマネジメント、および開発内容全体のマネジメント
  • 各システムの内製化の推進および変更要件に対する設計・実装

システム連携 (Integration) の設計・実装

  • 人事システム、ワークフローシステム、その他 Corporate SaaS との連携設計
  • API 連携、データ連携、イベント連携の詳細設計・実装
  • マスタデータ (人・組織・コストセンター等) を起点とした業務連携

ガバナンス・運用・スケールの設計

  • 内部統制・監査・セキュリティ要件を踏まえた設計・設定
  • 権限設計、変更管理、運用を見据えた構成設計

業務で使用するツール（コーポレートITシステム）

  • Anaplan, Concur, Netsuite, ServiceNow, Workato, UiPathなど

大規模基盤×広い業務範囲での挑戦

  • 本ポジションは、特定のSaaSの運用や、要件整理・ベンダー管理のみに限定された役割ではありません。業務部門と直接連携し、業務分析、プロセス設計、Anaplan・NetSuite・Concur等の設計・実装、システム間Integration、運用・ガバナンス設計まで、Financial Systems全体にEnd-to-Endでオーナーシップを持ちます。
  • 自ら手を動かして実装しながら、将来のアーキテクチャやロードマップにも影響を与えられる、裁量が大きいポジションです。

領域を超えたチーム環境と幅広い知見

  • Anaplan、NetSuite、Concur等の会計系システムだけでなく、ServiceNow、Workato、Workdayなど、複数のCorporateシステムを横断して仕組みを設計します。
  • AI、API、データ連携、イベント連携を組み合わせ、業務プロセス全体を最適化します。一つの製品の専門性に留まらず、Finance、Enterprise Architecture、Integration、Automationを横断した専門性を築ける環境です。

AIを前提とした業務変革経験

  • 私たちが目指しているのは、AIを試験的に導入することではなく、会計業務のあり方そのものを変えることです。
  • 既に全社に導入されているAIエージェントなどを活用しながら、会計業務をAIを前提としたプロセス・システムに置き換える経験を積むことができます。

  • 財務会計、管理会計、申請ワークフロー等の業務システムに関わった実務経験
  • 業務システムの一気通貫の実務経験
  • 業務要件を理解し、要件定義・設計・設定・開発・テスト・リリースまでを自ら担った経験
  • ステークホルダーとの協働・推進経験
  • 業務部門・IT・ベンダーと協働しながら、実装レベルでプロジェクトを推進した経験
  • SaaS プラットフォームの実装経験
  • Anaplan, NetSuite, Concurなど会計系システムの実装経験（特にAnaplan経験を歓迎）
  • システム連携の実装経験
  • API 連携・システム連携の詳細設計または実装経験
  • 開発プラクティス・技術活用経験
  • AI エージェント / LLM を業務自動化やツール開発に活用した経験
  • 歓迎する経験・スキル
  • Anaplan の専門性
  • Model BuilderまたはSolution ArchitechtとしてAnaplanプロジェクトをリードまたはサポートした経験
  • ERPの専門性
  • ERP、会計システム等の導入・開発・保守経験
  • ガバナンス・内部統制・セキュリティの設計
  • 内部統制 (J-SOX、ISMS、SOC2 等) やセキュリティを考慮したシステム設計・運用経験
  • DX / 業務システム構築の推進経験
  • SIer や事業会社において、実装責任を持った立場での DX / 業務システム構築経験
  • 語学力
  • 日本語：Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
  • 英語：Independent (CEFR - B2) 歓迎
