Este rol tendrá un rol estratégico en la gestión financiera del negocio, trabajando de manera cercana con la alta dirección y las diferentes áreas operativas y comerciales de la compañía.

La posición será responsable de asegurar una gestión financiera sólida, eficiente y orientada a resultados, liderando procesos de planeamiento financiero, presupuesto, forecasting, control de gestión, flujo de caja, tesorería, análisis de rentabilidad y seguimiento de indicadores financieros.

Buscamos un perfil que vaya más allá del control financiero tradicional: una persona con capacidad para entender profundamente la operación, transformar información financiera en recomendaciones de negocio y actuar como un verdadero Strategic Business Partner para la organización.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar el proceso de planeamiento financiero, presupuesto anual y forecasting, asegurando alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
  • Analizar el desempeño financiero del negocio a nivel de P&L, Balance Sheet y Cash Flow, identificando desviaciones, riesgos y oportunidades.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave como EBITDA, márgenes, rentabilidad, liquidez, capital de trabajo, endeudamiento y cuentas por cobrar.
  • Acompañar a las áreas comerciales y operativas en el análisis financiero y económico de sus decisiones.
  • Evaluar la rentabilidad por unidad de negocio, cliente, servicio o proyecto, generando recomendaciones para mejorar resultados.
  • Liderar la gestión de tesorería, flujo de caja y capital de trabajo, garantizando una adecuada posición de liquidez.
  • Participar en la evaluación financiera de CAPEX, proyectos de inversión e iniciativas estratégicas.
  • Preparar análisis, reportes y presentaciones financieras para la alta dirección.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización de costos, eficiencia operativa y mejora de EBITDA.
  • Fortalecer procesos, controles internos y gobierno financiero.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de transformación y automatización financiera, incluyendo mejoras en ERP, BI, reporting y herramientas de análisis.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo financiero, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño y cercanía con el negocio.

Requirements

  • Profesional en Finanzas, Economía, Contabilidad, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras relacionadas.
  • Deseable MBA, maestría o especialización en Finanzas, Finanzas Corporativas o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia sólida liderando funciones financieras en compañías medianas o grandes.
  • Experiencia en FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, tesorería y control de gestión.
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar como Business Partner de áreas comerciales, operativas y de alta dirección.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y trabajando en estructuras corporativas complejas.
  • Sólido manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis financiero.
  • Deseable experiencia con SAP, Oracle u otros ERP, así como Power BI u otras herramientas de visualización.
  • Inglés profesional.
  • Deseable experiencia en compañías de logística, supply chain, transporte, consumo masivo, manufactura, servicios B2B o industrias con operaciones complejas.
