Mūsų klientas vertinamas dėl savo komandos žinių ir patirties finansinių sektoriuje, teikiant vidaus audito paslaugą kaip išorės paslaugų teikėjas. Įmonė užtikrina aukštą paslaugų kokybę turėdami profesionalių vidaus auditorių komandą bei ekspertus, besispecializuojančius pinigų plovimo prevencijos, sankcijų, asmens duomenų apsaugos, finansų, IT ir kitose svarbiausiose finansų įstaigoms srityse.

Reikalavimai

  • Aukštasis teisinis išsilavinimas;
  • Patirtis finansų, atitikties ar reguliacinės teisės srityje;
  • Gebėjimas analizuoti teisės aktus, sisteminti informaciją ir aiškiai dėstyti mintis;
  • Atsakingumas, kruopštumas ir dėmesys detalėms;
  • Vidinė motyvacija mokytis, gilinti žinias fintech srityje;
  • Geros anglų kalbos žinios (raštu ir žodžiu).

Atsakomybės

  • Konsultuoti klientus finansų ir reguliacinės atitikties klausimais (ne AML);
  • Rengti, peržiūrėti ir atnaujinti klientų vidaus politikos dokumentus, procedūras bei taisykles;
  • Dalyvauti klientų audito ir atitikties projektuose, rengiant teisinę dokumentaciją bei reguliacinius atsakymus priežiūros institucijoms (LB, EBI ir kt.);
  • Rengti paraiškas, ataskaitas bei kitus dokumentus licencijavimo ar reguliacinių procesų metu;
  • Stebėti teisės aktų pokyčius finansų sektoriuje ir teikti rekomendacijas klientams;
  • Bendradarbiauti su vidaus ekspertais iš finansų, IT, duomenų apsaugos ir rizikos valdymo sričių.
