Kokias atsakomybes patikėsime:

  • biudžetavimą ir prognozavimą: planuoti pinigų srautus per visą NT projektų ciklą – nuo žemės sklypo įsigijimo iki statybos, pardavimo ar nuomos, kas mėnesį atnaujinti prognozes;
  • NT įmonių ir atskirų NT projektų (SPV) finansinę kontrolę: stebėti biudžetų vykdymą lyginant su planu, analizuoti nuokrypius, rengti periodines finansines ataskaitas bei įžvalgas apimant statybos, finansavimo, pardavimų, nuomos ir kt. rodiklius.;
  • NT projektų kaštų ir pelningumo kontrolę: stebėti projektų kapitalo (CAPEX) ir veiklos (OPEX) išlaidas bei finansines rangos sutarčių sąlygas, užkirsti kelią statybos kaštų viršijimui, analizuoti ir vertinti projektų pelningumą (IRR, NPV, ROI);
  • NT investicijų vertinimą: rengti finansinius modelius bei scenarijų analizes.

Requirements

Tikime, kad tu:

  • esi įgijęs (-usi) aukštąjį finansų, ekonomikos, apskaitos ar susijusios srities išsilavinimą;
  • turi ne mažesnę kaip 2 metų finansų kontrolės, analizės ar audito patirtį;
  • pasižymi stipriu analitiniu ir kritiniu mąstymu;
  • turi labai gerus darbo su „MS Excel“ įgūdžius ir gebėjimą aiškiai pristatyti finansines įžvalgas;
  • nestokoji iniciatyvumo, lyderystės, puikių bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo įgūdžių;
  • laisvai bendrauji lietuvių ir anglų kalbomis.

Privalumai:·

  • patirtis dirbant su SAP programa.
