We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Finnish Speaking Consumer protection customer experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Valid EU passport (mandatory).

  • Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or related financial sectors is highly preferred.
  • A deep understanding of consumer protection regulations and an ethical approach to client advocacy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex insurance jargon for the consumer.
