Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional omnichannel support for Mercedes-Benz customers, maintaining the high standards expected in the luxury automotive sector.
  • Provide expert information regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and innovative automotive technology.
  • Assist clients with navigating the ecosystem of connected car services and mobile digital platforms.
  • Manage inquiries related to dealership services, warranty protocols, and roadside assistance coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our dedicated automotive CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical or service-related queries efficiently.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience by providing feedback on service trends.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) with excellent English proficiency.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation for our Finnish-speaking jobs.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of representing the sophistication of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
  • Previous experience in customer service or luxury retail is considered a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece to join our team of international professionals.
