As a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

This role is perfect for candidates who want international experience while enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle in Greece.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in Finnish via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide accurate information and solutions according to company guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally
  • Document interactions and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service quality
  • Participate in training and onboarding programs

Requirements

  • Fluent Finnish (spoken and written, near-native level preferred)
  • Good English skills (B2)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using Windows OS, MS Office, and online tools
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
