Job Overview

We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for the Finnish Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts position in Greece. In this pivotal role within the social media industry, you will utilize your linguistic expertise to train, audit, and refine GenAI models, ensuring a safer and more ethical digital environment for global social media users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate GenAI-generated content in Finnish to ensure accuracy and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate bias in social media AI algorithms.
  • Review, label, and categorize complex content to enhance machine learning training datasets.
  • Maintain high quality and productivity standards to support the evolving safety policies of major social media platforms.
  • Provide insightful feedback on language nuances to improve the naturalness and safety of AI-generated responses.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the social media industry and trust and safety guidelines.
  • Support the continuous improvement of content moderation workflows through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within an international environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in the social media industry and modern Artificial Intelligence technology.
  • Ability to navigate complex safety guidelines with critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or similar digital safety roles is considered an advantage for this career move.
