OTL Solutions es la marca en España de OTL Group, un grupo de reparto de última milla con presencia en el Reino Unido, España, Portugal e Italia. Si la flota funciona, los conductores salen a ruta y los paquetes llegan a tiempo. Así de simple.

Buscamos a la persona que se haga cargo de nuestra flota en España: más de 300 furgonetas hoy, y creciendo en torno a un 20 % al año. Trabajarás en nuestra oficina de Barcelona y reportarás directamente al Country Manager. El encargo es claro: que cada vehículo esté en regla, sea seguro y esté en la calle, y controlar los procesos que nos permitan duplicar la flota sin duplicar los problemas.

Que la flota no pare

  • Planificar y programar los mantenimientos, las ITV, los seguros y el resto de obligaciones de cada vehículo.
  • Mantener la flota al día en materia legal y de seguridad, y seguir de cerca los cambios en la normativa de transporte.
  • Trabajar codo a codo con el equipo de operaciones para que la flota y la logística estén siempre cubiertas.

Los números, bajo control

  • Llevar el sistema de gestión de la flota y mantener los registros de cada vehículo completos y actualizados.
  • Preparar los informes de rendimiento de la flota y detectar a tiempo las tendencias.
  • Dar a finanzas información fiable y actualizada sobre la flota.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto de flota.

Proveedores y compras

  • Mantener la relación con los proveedores y negociar las condiciones.
  • Revisar la forma en que adquirimos las furgonetas.

Mejorar lo que hay

  • Analizar la composición de la flota, proponer una estrategia de adquisición mejorada y liderar los cambios.
  • Mantener el nivel de los procedimientos y de la administración de la flota para que soporten más de 500 furgonetas.

Requirements

  • Experiencia en gestión de flotas o administración de vehículos; mejor si ha sido con una flota mediana de turismos, furgonetas o camiones.
  • Conocimiento práctico de políticas de flota y de gestión de vehículos, suministros y activos.
  • Entender bien la parte financiera y de seguros de una flota.
  • Soltura con los números: sabes leer los datos, ver tendencias y cumplir objetivos.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y mucha organización.
  • Comunicas con claridad y negocias con seguridad.
  • Te arremangas, tienes iniciativa y tomas decisiones sin que te lleven de la mano.
  • Español fluido e inglés suficiente para trabajar con el resto del grupo.
