  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and ensure that all Flemish-speaking customers receive consistent, high-quality support aligned with Booking.com's service standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments, promotions, and policies within the tourism and hospitality sector to provide customers with accurate, relevant, and current information.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Flemish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role, as you will be communicating exclusively with Flemish-speaking travellers and hospitality partners on a daily basis.
  • A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
  • A solid command of English (spoken and written) to facilitate internal communication, training, and collaboration within a multicultural team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reservations, travel, or the tourism industry is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset during the selection process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences within the dynamic world of travel and tourism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment.
