Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
  • Assist in food running, beverage service, and packing of takeaway orders where required.
  • Support the restaurant, bar, and outdoor dining teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety requirements.
  • Provide guests with information on menu offerings, promotions, and special events.
  • Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, lounge, club, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
  • Passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Friendly, energetic, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and carrying service trays when required.
