Intercos Group è alla ricerca di giovani talenti da inserire nel proprio Reparto R&D attraverso un innovativo percorso di apprendistato duale della durata di un anno.

Ali Professional ricerca per conto di Intercos Group un/una Formula Lab Technician (Operator).

Durante il percorso avrai l'opportunità di lavorare a fianco di tecnici e professionisti esperti, alternando formazione e attività pratica sul campo. Potrai così sviluppare competenze tecniche e organizzative legate al mondo della ricerca e sviluppo cosmetico, imparando a conoscere da vicino processi formulativi, strumenti e tecnologie di laboratorio.

La risorsa supporterà operativamente i formulatori nella preparazione dei bulk, sia a banco sia in sala macchine, nella realizzazione dei campioni e nell'esecuzione dei test.

Durante il percorso ti occuperai di:

  • Reperire i materiali necessari, garantendo il corretto rifornimento del laboratorio di materie prime, materiali di confezionamento, accessori e attrezzature;
  • Supportare il formulatore nella realizzazione di campioni di prodotti cosmetici, in risposta ai brief richiesti dal Marketing;
  • Provvedere all'archiviazione e alla corretta gestione dei campioni;
  • Gestire la propria postazione di lavoro e utilizzare impianti e attrezzature nel rispetto delle procedure, dell'ordine e della pulizia;
  • Supportare il formulatore nella preparazione dei campioni per le prove pilota e per la prima fabbricazione industriale.

Requirements

Cerchiamo giovani diplomati o neolaureati, interessati a costruire una professionalità nel settore cosmetico e R&D.

Requisiti e caratteristiche:

  • Diploma di Perito Chimico / Laurea;
  • Curiosità, motivazione e forte propensione all'apprendimento;
  • Interesse per i processi produttivi, formulativi e per le tecnologie industriali;
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team;
  • Voglia di mettersi in gioco e costruire una professionalità tecnica solida e spendibile nel settore.
