概要

Forward Deployed Engineer（FDE）は、Sakana AIのAI技術と、LLMやAIエージェントを駆使して、顧客の課題を解決しインパクトを出すことに責任を持つエンジニアです。本ポジションでは、その対象を防衛省・自衛隊をはじめとする防衛・インテリジェンス領域とします。

FDEは顧客の中に飛び込み、その業務を誰よりも深く理解します。防衛省本省や各部隊・基地・駐屯地に足を運び、実際に任務・業務を回している自衛官や担当者から業務フローを引き出し、どこに時間がかかり、どこで判断が詰まっているのかを構造化します。そのうえで、情報保全や閉域環境といった厳しい制約条件を踏まえ、実現可能かつ最大のインパクトを生み出せる解決策を「そもそも何を作るべきか」から提案し、自ら実装します。顧客から厚く信頼される、頼れる相談役となることが期待されます。

この職務はフルタイムで日本を拠点とし、日本語でのビジネスレベルの会話および業務文書を理解する能力が求められます。面接は日本語で行います。

主要業務

業務ヒアリング・ソリューション構築

  • 省庁や各部隊・基地・駐屯地への訪問を通じた業務ヒアリング
  • 実務担当者の業務に張り付き、業務フロー・使用帳票・既存システム・意思決定の流れを可視化
  • 現場における真のボトルネックの特定と、AIで解ける単位への切り出し
  • 現場で得た一次情報の、社内プロダクト・研究テーマへのフィードバック

ソリューション構築例

  • 顧客要件に基づくAIアプリケーションの設計・実装
  • 既存業務システム・データソースとの連携設計
  • ファクトチェック・ハルシネーション対策の実装
  • ユーザーインターフェース・ワークフローの設計
  • プロトタイプ構築・顧客フィードバックの反映

品質保証・継続改善

  • ドメイン特化ベンチマークの構築・評価

Requirements

応募資格（Must）

  • データサイエンス・機械学習プロジェクトの実務経験
  • LLM・生成AIを活用したアプリケーション開発経験
  • Pythonでの開発経験（データ処理、API構築等）
  • 要件定義・課題ヒアリングの経験
  • ビジネス課題を技術的に解決した実績
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル（顧客との業務折衝が発生）

歓迎要件（Nice to Have）

  • クライアントワークでのデータサイエンス・ソリューション開発経験
  • 防衛省・自衛隊での勤務経験、または防衛関連メーカー・商社・官公庁向けSIでのプロジェクト経験
  • AIエージェント、マルチエージェントシステムの構築経験
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル（Researchチームとの協働に有利）
  • プロジェクトマネジメント・チームリードの経験
