The posting

12 of the top 15 pharma generic companies in the world trust Leucine to manufacture the drugs that reach millions of patients every day.

Pharma manufacturing is one of the last large industries still running on paper, Excel, and tribal knowledge. A single missed step in a batch record can mean a recall, a regulatory warning, or a drug that should never have left the plant.

Leucine is the AI platform replacing all of it. Series A, backed by top-tier global investors, 60+ pharma enterprises in production, and the team that's going to define this category.

What You’ll Do

  • Tackle founder-level problems. Dive into ambiguous questions (e.g., “How do we cut customer onboarding time by 40%?”) and deliver a data-backed solution—process, product spec, or growth playbook.
  • Shadow → Own. Start by shadowing founders and executives across GTM, Product, and Operations, and quickly take ownership of initiatives with significant revenue, customer, or cost impact.
  • Be the connective tissue. Translate hard manufacturing realities from shop-floor SMEs into crisp product requirements; then turn those into value propositions sales can run with.
  • Scale what works. Systematize every win—dashboards, SOPs, automations—so the next team member can sprint from day 1.
  • Rinse, learn, repeat. Each quarter you’ll rotate (sales → CS → product → biz ops), compounding domain depth while keeping a 10,000-foot strategic view.

You Might Thrive Here If You

  • Love messy problems. You run towards the smoke, disassemble chaos into first-principles, then rebuild in clean layers of logic & data.
  • Play in spreadsheets & slides with equal joy. Google Sheets in the morning; crisp narrative memo by lunch; client demo at 4 PM.
  • Have a bias for action. You’d rather ship v0.1 today and iterate than debate v2.0 for weeks.
  • Communicate like an engineer and a poet. Precision when the stakes are technical; story when hearts & budgets are on the line.
  • Are hungry—really hungry. Titles don’t impress you; impact does. You measure weeks in learnings shipped.
  • Bring 1-5 years of high-intensity experience. Early-stage start-up, tier-one consulting, I-banking, ops in manufacturing—anything that shows you can out-execute peers.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 1–4 years of experience in start-up, consulting, business operations, product, or manufacturing.
  • Engineering background from tier 1 / tier 2 colleges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM, Product, Operations, and CS.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with founders/CXOs or on strategic projects.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, manufacturing, pharma/lifesciences, or enterprise tech.
  • Experience with SQL, dashboards, automation, or process building.

Benefits

  • Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing through cutting-edge technology
  • Collaborate with a passionate, high-performing team building innovative AI-powered digital solutions
  • Take ownership of impactful client implementations from day one, with ample opportunities for learning, career growth, and professional development
  • Enjoy a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance with industry-leading coverage for your peace of mind
  • Complimentary Meals & Refreshments: Stay energized with unlimited breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner provided at the office
  • Family-Friendly Leave Policies, including Paternity Leave and Compassionate Leave, to support you through life's important moments

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
