We help brands enhance their customer experience through structured evaluations based on real interactions across physical and digital touchpoints. As part of the expansion of our freelance network, we are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to conduct Customer Experience evaluations in Australia.

This is a freelance, project-based opportunity. Assignments are compensated, clearly structured, and offered based on your location and availability.

The Role

As a Freelance Customer Experience Evaluator, you will assess real customer journeys and provide objective, structured feedback through our digital platform.

This opportunity is ideal for students, early-career professionals, or anyone looking for flexible, occasional freelance work.

Responsibilities

  • Select assignments based on your availability and location
  • Visit assigned locations and evaluate the full customer experience
  • Observe key details such as service quality, environment, and customer interactions
  • Assess both physical and digital touchpoints, including follow-up communication
  • Submit clear, structured, and objective feedback through short online questionnaires
