Dans son prolongement, Sézane prend vie en 2013 : la première marque de mode française née en ligne. Puis sont venus enrichir cet univers : Octobre Éditions pour les hommes, Les Composantes, dédiée cette fois à l’art de vivre, et Petit Sézane pour les enfants.

Tout s’est construit comme on avance dans la vie : par élans, par gestes spontanés avec cette manière d’apprendre en faisant. Une autre relation au détail, au service et au lien. Une autre manière d’habiller le réel, d’abord en ligne, puis à travers nos Appartements.

Nous recherchons aujourd’hui des talents créatifs, structurés et agiles qui partagent l’envie d’améliorer sans cesse tout ce qui peut l’être. Vous avez une véritable expertise Social Media et connaissez les codes de chaque plateforme afin d’adapter vos montages, vous connaissez les bases de l’étalonnage afin d’adapter la chromie de chaque vidéo aux différents besoins et vous maitrisez parfaitement DaVinciResolve. Vous serez en contact au quotidien avec les Chefs de Projet Vidéo qui réaliseront les briefs des projets à monter/étalonner.

Missions :

  • Montage : Réalisation de vidéos courtes & longues (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube et Youtube Shorts) à partir des briefs réalisés par les Chefs de Projet Vidéo. Pour garantir la bonne finalisation des projets, nous aurions besoin de récupérer les .drp de chaque projet sur lesquels vous travaillerez ;
  • Étalonnage (Color Grading) : Harmonisation des sources (Caméra, Smartphone, Log) et adaptation ;
  • Optimisation Social Media : Intégration de hooks percutants dans les 3 premières secondes, de transitions fluides, de sound design immersif et de sous-titres ;
  • Déclinaison & Graphisme : Adaptation des formats selon les plateformes et création d'habillages visuels simples.

Requirements

  • Maîtrise des logiciels : DaVinciResolve (exclusivement pour la partie montage), After Effect, Figma et Frame.io ;
  • Culture Social Media : Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les codes, les tendances et les mécaniques de rétention propres à TikTok, Instagram et YouTube ;
  • Storytelling Visuel : Vous savez rythmer vos montages et éliminer le superflu pour capter et maintenir l'attention de l'audience du début à la fin ;
  • Autonomie & Réactivité : Capacité à évoluer sereinement dans un écosystème digital à forte réactivité et à garantir le respect strict des échéances de production.
