Requirements

  • Carrera técnica en sistemas, informática o afín
  • Excelente trato al usuario y actitud de servicio
  • Disponibilidad de atención de tickets
  • Experiencia de al menos un año brindando soporte técnico en campo
  • Conocimientos indispensables:
  • Conocimientos en diagnóstico y solución de incidentes a nivel software y hardware
  • Configuración de cuenta de correo electrónico, respaldo y migración de información
  • Carga de sistema operativo
  • Ingreso de equipos a dominio
  • Diagnostico y reparacion de equipos de computo, monitores e impresoras
  • Cargar una imagen
  • Cambio de disco duro
  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos
  • Conocimiento de redes
  • Manejo de Microsoft office
