We are hiring French-speaking Customer Care & Technical Support Specialists to join an international project supporting Dyson, a globally recognized premium technology brand.

About the Project

Dyson is an innovative multinational technology company that designs and manufactures premium household appliances, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care technology, and more. With over 14,000 employees worldwide, Dyson is known for engineering excellence and high customer standards.

As a Customer Expert, you will support retail customers in the UK and Irish market via inbound calls. The role combines customer service, sales support, and technical assistance.

You will assist customers with:

  • Product information and sales inquiries
  • Aftersales support
  • Delivery-related questions
  • Basic troubleshooting and technical guidance

You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop environment. Full training is provided, and unresolved cases will be escalated when necessary.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from French-speaking customers
  • Provide product guidance and troubleshooting support
  • Assist with warranties, repairs, and replacements
  • Deliver a premium customer experience
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
  • Work closely with an international team

Requirements

  • French at C1+ level
  • Good English skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Advanced PC skills (comfortable navigating multiple tabs and systems)
  • Affinity for technology and technical products
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • EU Citizenship required
