We are currently seeking talented individuals for the French Speaking Customer Experts for Salt position in Greece, a pivotal role within the dynamic telecommunications sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service for Salt, addressing inquiries related to telecommunications products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding mobile, internet, and fiber optic connectivity for French-speaking clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information on billing, account management, and service upgrades.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all telecommunications service protocols are followed with precision.
  • Efficiently navigate internal CRM systems to update customer data and record interaction details.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex connectivity or network-related concerns.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications industry or a technical support environment.
  • Strong digital literacy and the ability to multitask across various software platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
