Mercier Consultancy is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a French-speaking iRobot Support Specialist to work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria. Requirements

As an iRobot Support Specialist with French and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries related to iRobot products and technical support information
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • You need to speak a C1 level of French and high level of English
  • Be in possession of an EU passport or Bulgarian work permit
