Mercier Consultancy is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Rent-a-Car Consultant with French and English based in Bulgaria. This role is ideal for French-speaking professionals who enjoy delivering outstanding customer service and helping customers with their travel needs. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist customers with vehicle reservations, rental inquiries, booking modifications, and general support, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience from start to finish. Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written).
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, tourism, or call centers is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
