Ali Professional Technical & Engineering ricerca per realtà industriale di riferimento nella progettazione e costruzione di impianti e macchinari per la lavorazione dei metalli, un/una:

Fresatore/Alesatore CNC

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del Reparto Officina e opererà in un contesto altamente specializzato nelle lavorazioni meccaniche a commessa, caratterizzato da elevata complessità tecnica e bassa ripetitività dei pezzi.

Riporterà direttamente al Responsabile Officina e contribuirà alle attività di lavorazione e controllo qualità dei componenti meccanici.

Responsabilità:

  • Eseguire lavorazioni di fresatura, alesatura e foratura su macchine utensili CNC a 3 e 5 assi e su macchine visualizzate, inclusi torni-fresa a 5 assi.
  • Effettuare il set-up delle macchine, la preparazione degli utensili e le attività di presetting, gestendo le lavorazioni sulla base del disegno meccanico e dei cicli produttivi.
  • Eseguire controlli dimensionali e qualitativi durante il processo produttivo, verificando la conformità del pezzo e registrando le verifiche effettuate.
  • Monitorare il corretto funzionamento delle macchine utensili, intervenendo nella risoluzione di anomalie geometriche o di programmazione e segnalando eventuali criticità.
  • Effettuare attività di aggiustaggio e manutenzione ordinaria nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali, delle normative di sicurezza e del Sistema di Gestione Integrato.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma di Perito Meccanico o titolo equivalente.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di officine meccaniche o contesti produttivi strutturati.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle lavorazioni meccaniche su centri di lavoro CNC a 3 e 5 assi, del disegno meccanico e degli strumenti di misura e controllo.
  • Conoscenza di utensili, attrezzature di lavorazione e sistemi di posizionamento "punto zero".
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, anche su più macchine utensili e in modalità non presidiata.
  • Gradita familiarità con sistemi di gestione certificati ISO 9001 e ISO 45001.
  • Disponibilità al lavoro su turni (2 o 3 turni).

Si offre:

  • Inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato con CCNL Metalmeccanico. (inquadramento livello C3).
  • RAL indicativa compresa tra €35.000 e €40.000.
