Ali Professional ricerca un Fresatore CNC per importante realtà industriale operante nel settore delle protezioni industriali, sistemi modulari e automazioni, per la sede di Schio (VI).

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del reparto produttivo e seguirà in autonomia l'intero processo di lavorazione su frese CNC, con particolare focus sulla lavorazione di materie plastiche, contribuendo al mantenimento degli elevati standard qualitativi e produttivi dell'azienda.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Attrezzaggio completo di frese CNC
  • Programmazione a bordo macchina e tramite software CAM
  • Utilizzo del software Mastercam per la creazione e modifica dei programmi
  • Lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico
  • Scelta utensili e parametri di lavorazione
  • Controllo qualità del pezzo lavorato tramite strumenti di misura
  • Ottimizzazione dei cicli di lavoro per migliorare efficienza e qualità
  • Manutenzione ordinaria della macchina

Requirements

  • Esperienza minima di 5 anni nel ruolo
  • Ottima capacità di attrezzaggio e programmazione frese CNC
  • Conoscenza del software Mastercam
  • Esperienza nella lavorazione di materie plastiche
  • Ottima lettura del disegno tecnico
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti di misura
