The posting

Ali Professional sta cercando per conto di azienda cliente un Filettatore CNC. La risorsa lavorerà nel reparto di filettatura. Qui si esegue una delle lavorazioni più delicate del ciclo produttivo: la fresatura del profilo elicoidale (il "filetto") delle viti di plastificazione. I pezzi sono alberi di lunghezza anche elevata, con diametri, passi e geometrie che variano in base all'applicazione. La programmazione viene fatta centralmente e la risorsa si occuperà dell’esecuzione dei programmi che richiede comunque la capacità di lettura e comprensione del programma.

Si tratta di un ruolo operativo con prospettiva di crescita. Si parte dalla conduzione della macchina e si arriva gradualmente alla programmazione e alla gestione del processo di reparto. La formazione specifica sulla filettatura delle viti viene fatta internamente qualora non presente.

Attività principali

  • Attrezzaggio della macchina, posizionamento e azzeramento di pezzo e utensili
  • Esecuzione delle lavorazioni di fresatura e filettatura su viti, con fresatrici CNC (c.d. filettatrici) dotate di controllo Fagor
  • Lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico
  • Modifica e ottimizzazione dei programmi in linguaggio ISO e, con la crescita nel ruolo, loro creazione
  • Controllo dimensionale e qualitativo dei pezzi con gli strumenti di misura di officina (calibri, micrometri, comparatori)
  • Collaborazione con l'ufficio tecnico e con gli altri reparti produttivi

Requirements

  • Esperienza in officina meccanica come filettatore o alternativamente fresatore o tornitore CNC
  • Buona lettura del disegno meccanico e uso degli strumenti di misura
  • Costituiscono un plus:
  • la conoscenza del linguaggio ISO, anche solo in lettura e modifica dei programmi
  • l'esperienza su controlli Fagor
  • l'esperienza su pezzi lunghi o profili elicoidali, come alberi, rotori, ingranaggi o coclee
  • Precisione, autonomia e attitudine al lavoro in team
  • (Plus) Motivazione a crescere nella programmazione e verso maggiori responsabilità di reparto
