Responsabilità e Ruolo

La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento operativo per la guida e la supervisione quotidiana di tutte le attività di accoglienza e ospitalità.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Gestione Operativa: Supervisione e partecipazione attiva alle attività del Front Office, operando su turno diurno (6 giorni su 7).
  • Gestione del Team: Coordinamento, affiancamento e motivazione del team di ricevimento (composto da un totale di 4 persone), promuovendo un clima di lavoro sereno e orientato all'eccellenza del servizio.
  • Coordinamento Interdipartimentale: Collaborazione sinergica con gli altri dipartimenti aziendali, assicurando uno scambio di informazioni fluido, trasparente e costruttivo.
  • Focus sul Cliente: Forte orientamento alla soddisfazione dell'ospite e attitudine a superare gli standard tradizionali del lusso.
  • Revenue Management

Requirements

  • Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza maturata nel medesimo ruolo o in ruoli di responsabilità all'interno di boutique hotel di lusso, resort 5 stelle o strutture affini.
  • Competenze Linguistiche: Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua tedesca sarà considerata un importante plus.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Gradita e preferenziale la conoscenza del gestionale 5 Stelle.
  • Leadership: Passione per la crescita del proprio team e attitudine positiva alla gestione delle risorse umane.

  • Retribuzione: Stipendio netto mensile di € 2.600 / € 2.700, commisurato all'effettiva seniority.
