Front Office Supervisor | Sostituzione Maternità

La figura ricercata entrerà a far parte del team Front Office con un ruolo di responsabilità operativa, rappresentando un punto di riferimento per il team e garantendo agli ospiti un'esperienza di soggiorno all’altezza degli standard di una struttura alberghiera internazionale.

Il ruolo

La persona sarà responsabile della supervisione delle attività di Front Office durante il proprio turno, assicurando il corretto svolgimento delle operazioni, la qualità del servizio e la gestione puntuale delle esigenze degli ospiti.

Avrà inoltre un ruolo attivo nel supporto e nello sviluppo del team, collaborando con il management nella formazione, nel coaching e nella gestione quotidiana delle persone.

Principali responsabilità

  • Supervisionare le attività di Front Office durante il turno, garantendo efficienza e continuità del servizio.
  • Gestire e supervisionare le procedure di check-in e check-out, verificando documentazione, pagamenti, assegnazione delle camere e corretta gestione degli account degli ospiti.
  • Accogliere gli ospiti, anticiparne le esigenze e garantire un’esperienza personalizzata e coerente con gli standard della struttura.
  • Gestire richieste, necessità e situazioni particolari degli ospiti, assicurandone il tempestivo follow-up.
  • Fornire informazioni sulla struttura e sui servizi disponibili, offrendo assistenza con professionalità e attenzione.
  • Gestire pagamenti, voucher, addebiti, cassa e relative procedure di chiusura e rendicontazione.
  • Compilare e verificare report, registri e documentazione operativa di reparto.
  • Monitorare il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure aziendali.
  • Supportare il management nella formazione, motivazione, valutazione e coaching del team.
  • Essere un punto di riferimento operativo per i collaboratori durante il turno, favorendo collaborazione, comunicazione e orientamento al servizio.
  • Gestire eventuali criticità operative, coinvolgendo il management o i reparti competenti quando necessario.
  • Collaborare con gli altri reparti dell’hotel per garantire un’esperienza fluida e completa per l’ospite.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza, riservatezza e tutela dei beni aziendali.

Il profilo

Cerchiamo una persona con esperienza nel Front Office e una solida attitudine alla supervisione, capace di coniugare leadership operativa, attenzione all’ospite e capacità organizzative.

  • Diploma di scuola superiore o titolo equivalente.
  • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in ruoli analoghi in ambito alberghiero.
  • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in attività di supervisione o coordinamento di team.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese.
  • Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici e dei sistemi gestionali/POS.
  • Spiccate capacità relazionali e comunicative.
  • Orientamento all’ospite e forte attenzione alla qualità del servizio.
  • Leadership, capacità di problem solving e gestione delle priorità.
  • Precisione nella gestione delle attività amministrative e di cassa.
  • Autonomia, affidabilità e capacità di prendere decisioni durante il turno.
  • Aspetto curato e professionale, in linea con gli standard dell’hotellerie di lusso.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend, festivi e turni notturni.

Cosa offre l’azienda

  • Contratto full-time a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità, iniziale di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga.
  • Inquadramento Livello C1.
  • RAL €27.760 – €28.225, comprensiva di 13ª e 14ª mensilità. Orario di lavoro su turni: 06:00–14:30 / 07:00–15:30 15:00–23:30 / 16:00–24:00
  • possibilità di svolgere turni notturni nel corso del mese.
  • 5 giorni lavorativi + 2 giorni di riposo a rotazione.
  • Mensa aziendale al costo di €0,90 per giornata lavorata.
