Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency recruitment background who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a proactive, results-driven recruiter who excels at outbound sourcing, builds strong candidate pipelines, and consistently delivers hires in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-Ray techniques, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels, and can effectively move candidates through the funnel from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, offer management, and candidate closing.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-Ray search, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple open roles.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and hard-to-find talent.
  • Conduct structured candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics to optimise sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill.
  • Negotiate offers and confidently close candidates to achieve hiring targets.
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality of hire.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates without relying on inbound applications.
  • Proven success making consistent placements across multiple roles and industries.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
  • Strong candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent closing and offer negotiation abilities.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, and recruitment technology platforms.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
