Du willst nicht nur Code schreiben, sondern ein gesamtes Produkt-Setup technisch beeinflussen? Als Fullstack Engineer (m/w/d) bei der BBH Solutions AG übernimmst du eine entscheidende Rolle beim Aufbau eines internen Engineering-Teams und gestaltest die technologische Zukunft mehrerer Legal-Tech-Produkte aktiv mit.

Du arbeitest hands-on im gesamten Stack – von Frontend bis Backend – und bringst gleichzeitig Struktur und technische Perspektive in ein wachsendes Umfeld ein. Dabei bist du nicht nur EntwicklerIn, sondern auch technischer SparringspartnerIn für unsere Product Owner und AnsprechpartnerIn für externe EntwicklungspartnerInnen. Du bist nicht allein: An deiner Seite ist ein erfahrener Mitarbeiter, der die Plattform und Unternehmen kennt und dich bei Entscheidungen bei Bedarf unterstützt.

Die BBH Solutions AG ist Teil der BBH-Gruppe und verbindet ein etabliertes Beratungsumfeld mit der Dynamik eines im Aufbau befindlichen Tech-Teams an der Schnittstelle von Legal- und Energiewirtschaft.

Tasks

  • Entwicklung und Betrieb anspruchsvoller Webanwendungen über den gesamten Stack (Frontend & Backend)
  • Design und Weiterentwicklung von APIs, Datenbanken und Schnittstellen
  • Refactoring bestehender Anwendungen zur Verbesserung von Skalierbarkeit und Wartbarkeit
  • Mitarbeit an mehreren Produkten mit unterschiedlichen Reifegraden – u.a. an der schrittweisen Weiterentwicklung
  • des Vertragsgenerators Richtung Microservices Architekur
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit fachlichen Product Ownern: technisches Sparring und konstruktives Hinterfragen von Anforderungen
  • Technische Abstimmung mit externen EntwicklungspartnerInnen – du bringst deinen fachlichen Input ein
  • Mitwirkung an Architekturentscheidungen und technischen Leitplanken – gemeinsam im Team
  • Mitgestaltung von Entwicklungsprozessen, Testing und Code-Qualität

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung von Webanwendungen
  • Sicherer, praktischer Umgang mit JavaScript und Vue.js oder vergleichbaren Frameworks im Frontend und Java / Spring Boot im Backend
  • Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb von REST-APIs sowie mit relationalen Datenbanken (MySQL)
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an enger Zusammenarbeit im kleinen Team
  • Bereitschaft, Anforderungen mitzudenken und konstruktiv zu hinterfragen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2) für die Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit deutschen DienstleisterInnen

Ein Plus

  • Erfahrung mit skalierbaren Softwarearchitekturen (z.B. Microservices) und ein Gespür für technische Trade-offs
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Abstimmung und Steuerung externer DienstleisterInnen
  • Praxis in Testing, Code Reviews und CI/CD
  • Erfahrung mit Nginx, Liquibase, Keycloak / OAuth2
  • Interesse an bzw. Erfahrung mit KI-Tools im Engineering (z.B. GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
  • Domain-Erfahrung im Legal-Tech- oder Energiewirtschaftsumfeld
