Unisciti al nostro team in qualità di Functional Safety Engineer ed entra a far parte della nostra Business Line Electrical.

Electrical offre soluzioni di testing, ispezione e certificazione attraverso il network internazionale di laboratori e competenze Intertek, supportando aziende nei settori industriale, energy e robotics nel raggiungimento dei più elevati standard di qualità, sicurezza e conformità normativa.

Cosa ti aspetta:

Entrerai a far parte del team Functional Safety e sarai coinvolto nella gestione di progetti nazionali e internazionali relativi alla sicurezza funzionale di macchinari, impianti industriali, sistemi energetici e applicazioni robotiche.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

  • pianificare ed eseguire progetti di Functional Safety lungo l'intero safety lifecycle;
  • valutare sistemi di controllo e sistemi strumentati di sicurezza secondo gli standard IEC, EN, UL e CSA;
  • definire e verificare Safety Integrity Level (SIL) e Performance Level (PL);
  • svolgere attività di testing, validazione e verifica delle funzioni di sicurezza presso laboratori e siti cliente;
  • effettuare analisi di affidabilità e calcoli di sicurezza;
  • valutare componenti, sottosistemi e prodotti destinati ai mercati europeo e nordamericano;
  • redigere report tecnici e documentazione di conformità;
  • fornire supporto tecnico ai clienti e collaborare alle attività di sviluppo business.

Requirements

Cosa ricerchiamo:

Unə professionista con esperienza in ambito Functional Safety, Safety Engineering o sistemi di controllo safety-related, in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica, dell'Automazione, Meccatronica, Meccanica, Chimica o discipline equivalenti;
  • esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in attività di progettazione, validazione o valutazione di sistemi di sicurezza funzionale;
  • conoscenza della norma IEC 61508 e di almeno uno dei principali framework applicativi (ISO 13849, IEC 62061 o IEC 61511);
  • esperienza nell'esecuzione di attività di testing e validazione di sistemi di controllo safety-related;
  • capacità di lettura e valutazione di schemi elettrici, architetture di controllo e documentazione tecnica;
  • familiarità con strumenti di calcolo Functional Safety (es. SISTEMA, PAScal o equivalenti);
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • disponibilità a frequenti trasferte in Italia e in Europa.

Costituiranno titolo preferenziale:

  • certificazioni Functional Safety (TÜV Functional Safety Engineer, CFSE o equivalenti);
  • esperienza nei settori Industrial Automation, Energy o Robotics;
  • conoscenza delle normative UL/CSA e del mercato nordamericano;
  • esperienza nell'analisi di software safety-related;
  • conoscenza della norma IEC 62443 e dei temi di OT Security;
  • conoscenza di una terza lingua (francese, tedesco o spagnolo).
