Powering strategic financial growth and enterprise initiatives, they are expanding their regional footprint and strengthening their operational presence.

We are seeking a highly strategic, proactive, and relationship-driven Funding Manager to lead and expand our funding partnerships. This is a high-impact role that beautifully blends institutional relationship management, strategic negotiation, and financial optimization. Your goal is to lead the funding strategy end-to-end—from sourcing partners to closing deals—while driving capital efficiency, liquidity, and competitive cost of funds as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Expansion: Actively expand institutional partnerships with a wide range of capital providers, including commercial banks, BPRs, multifinance companies, and other institutional lenders.
  • Strategic Oversight: Oversee comprehensive funding initiatives and cultivate deep, long-term, trust-based relationships with external financial institutions.

  • Deal Negotiation: Lead end-to-end negotiations with financial partners, taking full ownership of deal structuring, pricing, and commercial terms.
  • Process Governance: Manage the end-to-end loan and funding pipeline, ensuring seamless execution across documentation, disbursement workflows, and ongoing covenant monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional lenders, ensuring alignment between internal risk/operations teams and external partners.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related financial/technical discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within Banking, Multifinance, P2P Lending, Private Credit, or Asset Management sectors.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and successfully closing institutional deals, including hands-on experience with term sheet negotiations and partner onboarding.

Relationship Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to confidently engage and influence high-level external stakeholders.

Regulatory Literacy: Solid understanding of financial services regulations, compliance standards, and governance frameworks across the Banking, Multifinance, and P2P sectors in Indonesia.

Presence: Must be fully open to a permanent, on-site position located in Cyber 2 Tower, Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Nice-to-Haves / Bonus Points

  • Prior experience working within fast-paced, tech-driven financial environments or FinTech startups.
  • Experience managing or catering to High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients or private wealth segments.
  • An established professional network within the local banking or financial ecosystem in the Kalimantan region.

Benefits

Impactful Role: Take ownership of a critical, end-to-end strategic mandate that directly fuels the company's growth and financial scaling.

Competitive Package: A stable and highly rewarding monthly compensation package (PKWTT status with a standard 3-month probation period) reflective of your financial expertise.

Professional Growth: Direct exposure to cutting-edge digital financial systems and the opportunity to scale alongside the company's expanding national footprint.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
