The posting

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d'un géomaticien afin de soutenir la Ville de Terrebonne dans la réalisation de mandats de longue durée liés à la gestion, l’analyse et le déploiement de solutions géospatiales dans un contexte de transformation numérique municipale.

Description des travaux ou des biens livrables

  • Assurer la planification, la coordination et le suivi des projets géomatiques;
  • Acquérir, stocker, convertir et valider des données géospatiales (GPS, LIDAR, photogrammétrie, etc.);
  • Modéliser et structurer des bases de données géospatiales;
  • Concevoir et développer des processus ETL pour le traitement et l’intégration des données;
  • Développer des outils de production, de diffusion et d’analyse géomatique;
  • Réaliser des analyses spatiales, thématiques et statistiques;
  • Produire des cartes, rapports, visualisations et atlas;
  • Participer à l’analyse des besoins et aux études de faisabilité;
  • Participer à l’optimisation des processus d’affaires liés à la géomatique;
  • Collaborer à la mise en place de normes et standards;
  • Assurer la formation et le support des utilisateurs;
  • Fournir un support technique de niveau 2;
  • Collaborer avec partenaires internes et externes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience significative en géomatique (avec baccalauréat ou études supérieures);

OU

  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience avec un diplôme technique ou formation équivalente.
  • Baccalauréat en géomatique, génie géomatique ou domaine connexe;

OU

  • Diplôme en informatique ou génie logiciel avec spécialisation pertinente;

OU

  • DEC en géomatique ou formation équivalente reconnue.
  • Maîtrise de la suite ArcGIS (Pro, Enterprise, Online, FieldMaps, Survey123, etc.);
  • Maîtrise des outils FME (FME Form, FME Flow);
  • Maîtrise SQL (SQL Server);
  • Programmation Python et Arcade;
  • Programmation web (HTML5, CSS3, React, Node.js);
  • Connaissance de JMap (atout);
  • Expérience en gestion de projets (Agile ou classique).;
  • Capacité d’analyse et de modélisation avancée;
  • Rigueur et autonomie;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire;
  • Capacité à documenter et transmettre les connaissances;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit).
