Vos responsabilités

  • Diriger les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant en mettant l’accent sur l’expérience client, le développement de l’équipe et la rentabilité
  • Recruter, former, accompagner et motiver une équipe de gestion et des employés performants
  • Veiller à ce que chaque client bénéficie d’un service rapide, courtois et exceptionnel
  • Superviser la gestion des horaires, de la main-d’œuvre, des stocks, des commandes et des contrôles financiers
  • Maintenir les normes de propreté du restaurant, de qualité des aliments et d’excellence opérationnelle
  • Superviser la gestion de la caisse, les rapports et les tâches administratives du restaurant
  • Recruter, sélectionner, former et fidéliser les meilleurs talents
  • Favoriser une culture de travail positive, inclusive et dynamique
  • Veiller au respect des normes de salubrité alimentaire, de santé et sécurité ainsi que des politiques de l’entreprise
  • Identifier les défis opérationnels et mettre en œuvre des solutions favorisant la réussite du restaurant
  • Développer de bonnes relations avec la communauté locale et soutenir les initiatives visant la croissance du restaurant

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en gestion et en leadership dans le secteur de la restauration, du commerce de détail ou du service à la clientèle
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en leadership et en résolution de problèmes
  • Passion pour le service à la clientèle et le développement des équipes
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à performer efficacement dans un environnement rapide
  • Disponibilité flexible, notamment les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés
  • Attitude positive, grande éthique de travail et orientation vers les résultats
  • Leadership basé sur l’exemplarité et capacité à inspirer les autres
  • Leadership axé sur le travail d’équipe et grande importance accordée à la propreté, à la sécurité et à l’excellence opérationnelle

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on guest experience, team development, and profitability

• Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing management team and crew

• Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and exceptional service every visit

• Oversee scheduling, labour management, inventory, ordering, and financial controls

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and operational standards
