About the Role

Hilton Mechanical Contractors hires across a wide range of trades, support, and administrative roles that we don't always have posted at any given time. If you have experience that fits our work and you'd like to be considered, submit your application here and tell us what you do.

  • Field & Trades — mechanical piping, HVAC, plumbing, plastic fusion, ironwork, rigging, general labor

  • Preconstruction & Project Support — estimating, project coordination, project management support, purchasing
  • Fleet, Facilities & Warehouse — fleet management, equipment and vehicle maintenance, tool room, shipping and receiving, facilities
  • Safety & Quality — field safety, QA/QC, training
  • Business Administration — accounting, payroll, HR, IT, administrative and office support

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience in the field, trade, or discipline you're applying for
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Reliable attendance and a safety-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR (required for roles that involve operating company vehicles or equipment)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
