ABOUT THE PRACTICE Messenger Digital Dentistry is a high-tech, fully digital general practice tucked into the mountains of North Adams, Massachusetts. Patients travel from well beyond town for the level of care and technology we offer, and our team takes pride in a relaxed, upscale environment built on honest, patient-first dentistry. We're looking for a full-time General Dentist who shares that same commitment to join our growing team.

WHERE WE ARE LOCATED North Adams sits in the scenic Berkshires, surrounded by mountains, hiking trails, and small-town charm... the kind of place patients happily drive to. A fully digital office with same-day CEREC CAD/CAM crowns and restorations; no waiting on outside labs In-house full-service wet and dry labs that handle the vast majority of restorative and prosthodontic work Leading-edge technology: 3D Cone Beam (CBCT) imaging, digital X-ray and intraoral cameras, soft-tissue lasers, a 3D printer for guides and appliances, and fully electronic records

•A broad, established service mix... bread-and-butter dentistry, implants, Invisalign, same-day crowns, cosmetic and restorative dentistry... giving you room to grow into comprehensive dentistry at your own pace •A steady, loyal patient base with healthy new-patient flow and strong online reviews •An experienced, supportive team: hygienists, assistants, and business staff who know how to run a smooth day •Hands-on mentorship from an owner who genuinely loves to teach and is happy to help you build skills, if needed, in implants, cosmetic dentistry, and other advanced procedures •Clinical autonomy paired with real collaboration and support, whether you're new to dentistry or a seasoned dentist looking to expand your skillset

YOUR SCHEDULE This is a full-time role with a predictable, patient-friendly schedule: •Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM •Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM •Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM •Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM •Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO •Diagnose and treat general dentistry needs, from preventive care to restorative dentistry, with the opportunity to grow into cosmetic, implant, and other advanced procedures through hands-on mentorship •Get comfortable with same-day crowns and restorations using in-house CAD/CAM and lab capabilities; training provided •Build lasting relationships with a loyal, established patient base •Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options with honesty and heart •Learn and use the practice's digital workflow; CBCT imaging, digital X-ray, intraoral cameras, and more •Collaborate closely with a skilled clinical and administrative team •Uphold the patient-first standard this practice is known for

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program • Active (or license-eligible) Massachusetts dental license • 2 years or more in the field actively practicing dentistry • A genuine, patient-first approach to care • Solid clinical fundamentals and confident treatment planning • A team player who's humble, kind, and eager to keep learning and growing

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

•Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, for the first 3 months •After 3 months, compensation moves to 30% of collections up to $50,000.00 in monthly collections, and 35% of collections on anything above $50,000.00 in monthly collections
